Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no more than one credit has been consumed from the purchase. Self-service refunds run from /account/billing.
Self-service refunds
Eligible when both apply:
- The purchase was made within the last 14 days.
- One credit or fewer has been consumed from that purchase.
Use the Request refund link next to the purchase in your billing history. The credit amount is refunded to the original payment method. The processing fee is not refundable because the card processor does not return it to us.
Outside the self-service window
Email [email protected] with your purchase date and the reason. Refunds are issued for wrong charges, accidental purchases, and service outages that prevented use of the credits.
Project pool refunds
Pool deposits move into a shared balance. Refunds from a pool are pro-rata based on the current share. Withdrawing from a pool returns the credits to the personal balance. Removal from a project returns the remaining share to the personal balance automatically.
Chargebacks
Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — direct resolution is usually faster than the chargeback process. Three or more chargebacks without prior contact result in account suspension.
Service failure credit
If the AI relay is unavailable for more than four consecutive hours during an active session, affected requests are credited automatically.
